Delivery times

Stock products

The delivery time for stock products is generally 2–5 working days from the order date, depending on the delivery method. Most of the products sold in the Familon.fi online store are available immediately from our own manufacturer's warehouse.

Backorder products

The delivery time for backorder products is generally 1–3 weeks from the order date, for some products 4–6 weeks. If the backorder products arrive faster, the delivery may be possible earlier. We deliver the products as soon as we receive them at the warehouse.

Are you ordering to places outside of Finland?

The delivery time for international shipments to EU countries is about two days longer than the delivery time for Finland shown on the product page. The average period of delivery for stock products is 4–7 working days. Most of the products are ready in stock. The period of delivery for backorder products is 2–4 weeks or 5–7 weeks from the order date. The delivery time of an order is determined by the country, availability and the method of delivery.

Please always check the chosen product delivery method in the online store's product information page.

If products with a different delivery time definition are ordered with the same order, for example, stock products and backorder products, the order is generally always delivered in one shipment. The delivery takes place as soon as all the products in the order are available for delivery.
