In the Familon.fi online store, you can pay easily and securely with all common payment methods! Products and their delivery costs are paid in connection with the order. We accept:

  • Online payments of all Finnish banks: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, S-Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Bank, Aktia, Handelsbanken and Ålandsbanken
  • Invoice and instalment payment service: Walley/Collector Bank, OP Lasku, Jousto
  • Card payment: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and American Express
  • Mobile payments: MobilePay, Apple Pay, Pivo and Siirto

Are you ordering to places outside of Finland? International purchases can be paid in the Familon.fi online store easily and securely! Products and their delivery costs are paid in connection with the order. We accept:

Buy with an invoice – pay later! Do you want to pay later? You can choose a Walley invoice or instalment payment as the payment method (the Walley trademark is owned and credited by Collector Bank AB), in which case you will pay for your purchase only after receiving the products, in one or more instalments. With the Walley invoice and instalment payment service, you can pay for purchases up to 5000 euros, and you always get an interest-free payment period of 30 days.

Have you already tried the convenient MobilePay mobile payment? With MobilePay, you can pay on your mobile without having to enter your payment card information separately, with just one swipe.

Online banking

The payment intermediation service related to online banking payments is implemented by Paytrail Oyj in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user's point of view, the service works just like traditional online payment.

Payments by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or American Express cards

Paytrail Oyj co-operates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the payment intermediation service provider and payment service provider. For payments made with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express cards, Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.

Payments with MobilePay

You can pay for your purchases in the Familon.fi online store with the MobilePay mobile payment method. MobilePay is an easy, fast and secure payment method that allows you to make mobile payments without having to enter your payment card information separately. The most used mobile payment application in Finland, MobilePay, is free of charge for customers of all banks. With MobilePay you can already pay in more than 10,000 online stores.

Here's how to pay in the Familon.fi online store using MobilePay:

  • Go to the cart to pay and select MobilePay as the payment method
  • Once MobilePay opens, authenticate yourself (PIN / Fingerprint / Face Detection), then swipe to accept the payment.
  • Payment will be charged from the debit card you have connected to the MobilePay app

Payments by invoice or instalment payments

You can also pay for your order in the Familon.fi online store with a Walley invoice or Walley instalment payments (the Walley trademark is owned and credited by Collector Bank AB).

With the Walley invoice and instalment payment service, you can pay for your purchases for up to 5000 euros. For a Walley invoice, you always get an interest-free* payment period of 45 days. Walley/Collector Bank will send an invoice by email. You can pay off the entire balance of the invoice on the due date or, if you wish, you can choose to pay in instalments in 1-36 months. When paying the invoice in instalments, the minimum amount must be paid by the due date of the invoice and a credit agreement must be signed with Collector Bank AB.

*The interest rate for the payment term is 0%, plus an invoicing fee of 3,80 eur is added to the first invoice.

The instalment interest rate is 1.6% per month, which corresponds to a nominal annual interest rate of 19.20% (the actual annual interest rate depends on the chosen repayment period). An account management fee of 2,95 eur / month is added to the invoice (3,80 eur on the first invoice).

A Walley invoice or instalment payment service can be used by a person who has reached the age of 18 and has a sound credit rating. We perform a credit check with all orders. Late payments and unpaid invoices will be charged a reminder fee plus a monthly interest rate for the delayed period.
