Payment methods

In the Familon.fi online store, you can pay easily and securely with all common payment methods! Products and their delivery costs are paid in connection with the order. We accept:

  • Online payments of all Finnish banks: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, S-Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Bank, Aktia, Handelsbanken and Ålandsbanken
  • Invoice and instalment payment service: Walley/Collector Bank, OP Lasku, OP Tililuotto
  • Card payment: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and American Express
  • Mobile payments: MobilePay, Apple Pay and Siirto

Are you ordering to places outside of Finland? International purchases can be paid in the Familon.fi online store easily and securely! Products and their delivery costs are paid in connection with the order. We accept:

  • Mobile payments: MobilePay, Apple Pay

Buy with an invoice – pay later! Do you want to pay later? You can choose OP Lasku, OP Tililuotto or Walley invoice or instalment payment as the payment method, in which case you will pay for your purchase only after receiving the products, in one or more instalments. With the Walley invoice and instalment payment service, you can pay for purchases up to 5000 euros, and you always get an interest-free payment period of 30 days.

Have you already tried the convenient mobile payments? With MobilePay, Apple Pay and Siirto mobile payment methods, you can pay on your mobile without having to enter your payment card information separately, with just one swipe. Please activate the mobile payment method of your choice before first online payment.

Online banking

At Familon.fi online store, you can pay with all common payment methods! The payment intermediation service related to online banking payments is implemented by Paytrail Oyj in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user's point of view, the service works just like traditional online payment.

Card payments

Payments by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or American Express cards are provided by payment intermediation service Paytrail Oyj in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For payments made with cards Paytrail Oyj appears as the benefitor on the card invoice. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.

Mobile payments

You can pay for your purchases in the Familon.fi online store with Mobile Pay, Apple Pay and Siirto mobile payment methods. Mobile payment is an easy, fast and secure way to make mobile payments without having to enter your payment card information separately. Please activate the mobile payment method of your choice before first online payment.

Invoice or instalment payments

You can also pay for your order in the Familon.fi online store with Walley, OP Tililuotto and OP Lasku invoice or instalment payment methods. You can pay off the entire balance of the invoice on the due date or, if you wish, you can choose to pay in monthly instalments. Payment intermediation services provided by Paytrail Oyj.
